March 5, 2013
Swirling light stick in one hand, dinner in the other, music till long after dark. He couldn’t imagine how a small boy could be more content. A brief glimpse into a grown-up world of late nights and colourful characters, this is a true story with a very happy ending.
** This week the writing challenge is about happiness, or rather, a picture of happiness. It must also be a true story. Details are here: http://dailypost.wordpress.com/2013/03/04/writing-challenge-truth/#more-15707

Happy memories all round really. Fin was only seven then but he could have stayed up all night if I’d let him. I felt 1am was plenty late enough!
